Normal Studio Newborn Sessions
Price R4100.00
Includes:
Pre-session consultation (up to 1 hour)
Sourcing of props and custom styling (whatever time it takes)
The session of 3-4 hours or until finished (can take up to 6 hours, depending on baby)
Post Processing of the images (up to 10 hours)
You receive between 20 high quality images guaranteed*, some converted to black and white and the colour images web ready.
Images more than 20 will be for sale for R140 per image
You get to choose your images
You will receive an Ida Bester Photography Cellphone App with you chosen favorite photos. All at a finger tap to share and enjoy with your friends and family
Cancellation policy is applicable.
Model release compulsory. A Model Release must be signed.

The amount of family images depend on how big the family are.
Lifestyle Newborn Sessions
Price: R7000.00
A lifestyle newborn session takes place over two days; one day with an in-studio newborn session
and
the second day at you family home with family and newborn
4 hours in-studio and 4 hours at the family home 20-30 images
(Travelling costs excluded.
For sessions outside Stellenbosch travelling costs @ R140.00/km will be charged)
Maternity Sessions
Mini Maternity sessions R1400.00 1 Hour 8-10 images
Full Maternity sessions R2500.00 2 Hours 15-20 images
(Travel costs of R140.00/km for sessions outside Stellenbosch not included)
You have a choice of a studio session or a location session.
Milestones Sessions
Sitting baby 6 month R1400.00 1 Hour 10 images
One year birthday cake bash R4100.00 2.5 hours 20-30 images
Family Sessions
R750 per hour (travelling costs excluded @ R140.00/km outside Stellenbosch)
Terms and Conditions for Sessions:
A 50% deposit is due at booking.
Baby and parents must be healthy. Please reschedule even with a minor ailment like a cold.
Full payment is due before release of the images.
Both parents must sign a model release.
A financing plan is available also. Please contact me for information.

Please Note:
*The above tariffs are based on the understanding that the baby will be asleep for 80% of the session.
*We will reschedule another session of two hours if baby is awake for more than two hours
and I am unable to take enough images from the session. If the baby is still unsettled during the second session,
no further rescheduling will be done and the maximum amount of images that were “harvested” will be yours.
Cancellation Policy for all sessions:
3 months before the booking date the full deposit will be refunded.
2 months before the booking date 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
1 month before the booking date no deposit refund.
In the event of complications affecting the baby or mother, a doctor’s note must be provided before deposit payback.
